We take a fresh take on our work, focussing on client experience and reducing delays. Office hours are therefore 12hrs long, and our paralegal, Katie Morgan, is committing to getting the work done, even if it means working outside of office hours!
Katie holds a Masters in Law with Distinction from University of Law,
and a Masters in Medical Law and Ethics from Queen Mary University of London.
Katie is an NALP registered paralegal.
Loquitur Law began life as a volunteer-lead Pro Bono online legal advice service run by Katie when she was a law student. Katie took on Amazon UK by taking them to court, self-representing, and winning the case! This combined with challenging the local hospital legally under the Mental Capacity Act 2005, regarding the care of a family member, inspired Katie to complete her legal education and start up Loquitur Law's legal advice clinic to help her fellow students gain additional Pro Bono experience, aiding them in their careers in law and giving them some additional experience to add to their CVs.
Loquitur Law has since developed into a sucessful paralegal service. Katie has dealt with conveyancing, Land Registry applications, complex adverse possession claims, contracts, LPA and CoP applications, probate applications, Will writing, Will execution services, Court of Protection applications, and is experienced on advising on numerous areas of law including Medical Law, Personal Injury, and Criminal Law.
Katie also works as a Law Tutor, helping others to realise their dreams.
Loquitur Law has been continuously committed to excellence, and has been successfully representing clients since 2020.
